Eligibility for Returns

  • 30-Day Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your footwear must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The “Carpet Rule”: We kindly ask that you try on your shoes on a carpeted surface. Shoes with scuffed, scratched, or soiled soles cannot be accepted for a refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@brellan.store:

  1. Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned footwear, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • 100% Free: Return shipping is FREE for all eligible returns within the United States. We want your shopping experience to be completely risk-free.
